Travel Sales Consultants main duties:

·Searching and quoting for flights plus ancillary services

·Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings

·Excellent Customer Service Skills and phone manner essential

Sales Consultants Attributes:

Travel Experience

True hunger for sales

·Passion/Interest for the USA

·Problem solving attitude

·Personable & hardworking

·Proficient on a computer

·Five day a week (shift pattern to include weekends on occasion)

Sales Consultant Remuneration and Benefits:

·Excellent base salary (whilst training)

·Uncapped commission once qualified

We have an excellent opportunity for a reservation executive that can communicate, read and write in English plus Portuguese. This is a great role working for a vibrant travel company based in the City which would offer you fantastic career progression and ongoing training. The role is for a 1 year fixed term contract but this may be extended or become a permanent role.

Portuguese Reservations Executive main duties and tasks:

  • Booking hotel, transportation and ground services
  • Answering phone-calls and assisting suppliers / clients with queries
  • Liaising mainly with Tour Wholesalers global although you will be assigned few specific markets (to be discussed)
  • Liaising with hotels/suppliers worldwide
  • Dealing with customer complaints/problems on the spot
  • Handling emergency number during out of office hours (to be discussed)

Portuguese Reservations Executive Attributes:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Business level English
  • PC literate (Word/Excel/Internet)
  • Work well under pressure and fast paced environment
  • Team player

Portuguese Reservation Executive Remuneration and Benefits:

  • Excellent salary plus benefits
  • Discretional bonus once a year
  • Great location
  • Mon-Fri 9:00-17:30 (we also have on a rotational basis shifts from 08.00-16.30 and 10.00-18.30)
  • Saturdays and Bank Holiday on a rota basis
  • Excellent working environment
