  • Join a friendly team in the city, duties include:
  • Booking hotel, transportation and ground services
  • Answering phone-calls and assisting suppliers /clients with queries
  • Liaising mainly with Tour Wholesalers, global
  • Liaising with hotels/suppliers worldwide
  • Dealing with customer complaints.Handling emergency number during out of office hours

If you have the following:

  • Fluent Japanese
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Work well under pressure and fast paced environment
